Puzzel Sales Intelligence API

There is a standard REST API available for PSI.

API user

Adminstration > Users

• Click Add API User

• Click edit to show key and secret, secret is hidden for all other admins except for you (as a creator).
• The rate limit is 500 calls per API user per minute.

Base exports

Through base exports, you can retrieve all user-generated data from the system. There are around 20 base dimensions for data generated by users. Examples of such dimensions include orders, offers, phone calls, bookings, or time logs. 

• The base exports generate data in JSON or XML.
• New base export subscriptions are configured in the user interface tab “System administration”.
• Base exports provide you, as a customer, with access to an 'information buffet,' where there's likely much more related information than you need for your specific requirements.
