As you may know, Puzzel separated and rebranded from Intelecom in 2016. This started a long and complicated journey to move away from services relying on the old intele.com domain, which we no longer control. We are now coming toward the end of this process.

Puzzel’s standard prices for professional services is described below.
Puzzel conduct scheduled maintenance every second Tuesday. However some windows may be scheduled for alternative Tuesdays due to Bank Holidays. Please find below our planned maintenance windows for Puzzel Contact Center (PCC), Puzzel Case Management (PCM), Puzzel WFM and Puzzel Digital Engagement.
We want to address how Puzzel responds to the challenge that our society faces from the COVID-19 virus and our plans to ensure we continue to deliver our services and obligations to you, our customers.
All desktop versions of our Agent Application older than version 1.22.x are now Out of Support, and may cease functioning at any time over the next few months. This is due to issues of compliance with PCI DSS certification, which require a minimum of TLS 1.2 encryption on HTTPS connections.
A key part of Puzzel's plans to future-proof our platform and product offering is to move all our customers away from our older applications and onto our new Agent Application.
As our product portfolio and solution architecture evolves and changes with the times, older products and services will have to be decommissioned for better alternatives.
