We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking about reducing or cancelling your Puzzel service.

To reduce or cancel your subscription, please contact your Account Manager, who will work with you to understand the next steps.

Upon confirmation of your termination date, please make sure you gather and back up your data. Puzzel will delete all data belonging to your subscription on this date and will not be able to assist with any further enquiries.
