Invoice Portal

The Puzzel Traffic Invoice Portal gives you quick and easy access to detailed reports related to your traffic invoices. While the invoices themselves serve as formal attachments for your accounting records, the portal provides a richer layer of insight—offering 12 months of invoice data, broken down for clarity and control.

All reports in the Puzzel Traffic Invoice Portal are available for download in Microsoft Excel format—giving you the flexibility to dive deeper into your data. Whether you're reconciling monthly costs, analyzing usage trends, or informing your operational planning, the export feature makes it easy to filter, segment, and integrate the data into your existing workflows.

How to get access?

You need a Puzzel ID user account to be able to access the Invoice Portal. If you don’t yet have access to the Puzzel Traffic Invoice Portal, you need to contact the Puzzel ID Administrator within your organisation. Typically this is the Contact Center Manager or IT Director or similar. You can also contact Puzzel Support and we can tell you who is your Puzzel ID Administator.

Where do I find it?

After you have logged in with your Puzzel ID, go to Organisation Settings and Billing. Access the Voice Portal by pressing 'View'.

If you cannot see the Invoice Portal, your rights and propreties probabably need to be changed. This is either done by a Admin User in your company or by Puzzel Support.

Invoice Overview

When you enter the portal, you’ll find a complete overview of your traffic invoices from the past 12 months. As this is a newly launched portal, the first available invoice will be from July 2025. Please note that earlier invoices will not be available retroactively.

Invoices are organized by issuing Puzzel entity country, your registered company name, and the total amount, clearly grouped by month for easy navigation and reference.

You can view invoice details or download the full report directly by clicking the corresponding icons.
