Confirmations and reminders

"By creating custom confirmations, you can automatically send, for example, order or booking confirmations in connection with order placement or booking. The confirmation can be sent to multiple recipients, and it is possible to create confirmations for all final outcomes as well as link several confirmations to the same project and control which confirmation should be sent using criteria and/or selecting fields to retrieve the recipient address.

A confirmation can consist of static text, images, and dynamic information from Sales Intelligence’s customer data, processing, and user information.

SMS confirmations work in the same way as email confirmations, but SMS lacks the ability to include attachments or use criteria.

The confirmation is created in the product catalog or booking calendar specifically for order and booking confirmations.

For bookings and orders, it is possible to create separate confirmations for booking/order and cancellation/order deletion.

 

  • Choose type (email or SMS)
  • Add from address and to address (multiple to addresses possible)
  • Add a subject
    • Advanced subjects can be built from dynamic variables. 
  • Add contents
    • Static text
    • Dynamic variables by choosing from the coloured drop down lists. 

 

In some browser versions there are issues with the vertical alignment of the dropdown lists. If so, try to save and reload or zoom in and zoom out. 

  • There is an expert mode (Developer button) for those who knows HTML.

 

  • Use constraints to limit when a confirmation is sent. 
  • Constraints can be based on
    • Outcomes
    • Customer information
    • Booking attributes
    • etc. 

 

Reminders

Reminders are created from the booking calendar. By default the reminder is sent 1300 the day before the meeting. 

  • The process for setting up a reminder is the same as for a confirmation. 

 

SMS and Automatic mailings/confirmations

By ticking the checkbox for Customer Card SMS-links agents have the possibility to send manual SMS:es from the customer card to the end customer.

By clicking "Show confirmations" you can setup automated confirmations or mailings for any generic outcome. This can be used for sending emails or sms:es for a 

  • No, thanks
  • Survey
  • No answer

 

  • For generic mailings the editor is similar to the one for reminders and confirmations. 
  • It is possible to limit the mailing to a specific contact attempt.
    • In this way we can for example send a SMS to the customer on the second contact attempt with "No answer" from the dialer.
