Start

Start

Agent Start is the default view upon login. You begin with the previously selected project, and the time log starts running immediately. Select your project and get to work!

General components

  • Page Header: Switch projects, search for a customer, or change time log status.
  • Toolbar (Left-Hand Side): Create a new customer card or toggle the visibility of various components.
  • Calendar (Right-Hand Side): Displays upcoming bookings and callbacks.
  • Dashboard (Right-Hand Side): Shows the agent dashboard.
  • Telephony Panel (Bottom Right Corner): Provides call controls during a call and allows you to connect your softphone.

 

 Main Components

  • My Customer Cards: Includes a start button for the dialer or the customer buckets available to you. Manage how events (such as callbacks and bookings) are blended.
  • My Outcomes: Displays historical outcomes. If a specific project and "Only current" are selected, you can click individual numbers to view a detailed list of outcomes.
  • My Latest: Shows your most recently accessed customer cards.
  • Calendar (Optional): Provides a list view of the calendar's contents.
