Before we build a chatbot we need to know what the purpose of our chatbot should be. Do we want it to answer the customer's recurring questions and thus relieve our chat agents so that they can focus on more qualified questions? Do we want to create good customer experiences where the chatbot performs automated processes and helps make decisions, guides, point to information or extracts information from existing cases?
