Multi intent identification - Did you mean?
Please note, this documentation is referring to functionality for which an End of Life has been announced. The announcement can be found here, and the new product documentation is available here.
Did you mean is used when the bot can't determine exactly what intent was hit. Multiple intent can have a high confidence level and by using did you mean we can present several answer options. We do this by enabling did you mean in settings and entering a message to play if the confidence level is high on multiple intents but below the threshold to be sure to play a specific intent response.
In the settings menu check ‘’Enable Did you Mean?’’ to enable this feature.
- Text: This text will be presented if the intent hits between the confidence range.
- If the intent match is within the confidence range the text will be prompted and the meta data for each intent that is hit within the range will be presented as a button.
‘’I had a hard time understanding. Did you mean anything of this? Or try to write your question again in a different way’’
