Customers and call lists

Each customer card/record has a distribution. The distribution determines which project a customer card belongs to. Within a project, the customer card can be assigned to a specific user or placed in a customer bucket(call list/target group). Customers in a bucket are shared among the users who are linked to or have access to the customer bucket. The distribution is also used to determine who has the right to access a customer card or modify its content or status.
