Guided articles
Guided articles are intended to help the user navigate to a specific answer based on choices made.
When creating an article, choose 'Guided' type.

Guided articles are different in the ways in which you structure the pathsways for the various outcomes and follows a logic of a 'Starting Question' and 'Options' to lead the user to either an answer, another question or an existing article.

You can add as many options as needed at each step and add 'Follow up' steps. A simplified WYSIWYG editor allows you to add the questions, options and answers.
