In this section you will find the following fields:
1. Name: Choose the name you would like for your Customer Hub
2. Email Address: Choose the email address you would like the authentication emails to originate from
3. Customer Hub URL: The URL that users will access to reach their Customer Hub. The URL will always have this format - https://(tenantname).hub.puzzel.com
4. Customer Support Email Address: This email address will be shown on your Contact Us page
5. Customer Support Phone Number: This is an optional field where you can add a support phone number to be shown on your Contact Us page.
6. Select forms to display to customers when submitting a ticket from the Customer Hub: This optional field allows you to choose which of your pre-configured Puzzel Case Management forms will appear for customers when submitting a ticket in your Customer Hub.
