Geocoded A-numbers

Use geocoding to automatically select the closest A-number based on the customer's location. Only valid numbers, according to the configuration, can be added.

• In dialer settings, click create new or select an existing configuration. 
•  Add preferred numbers for some cities, and we will automatically use the closest A-number for each customer.
• Please make sure you have a default number in the project dialer settings, This number is used if we cannot find the location of the customer.
• If having multiple A-number configured this is the prio order:
  • Personal number (if enabled and applicable, ie not dialer)
  • Customer-specific number in customer attributes
  • Geo number
  • And last Default number
