Monitor and whisper

In the agent connections list, you can view the real-time status of all connected agents, monitor specific agents, and whisper to agents during a call.

  • Agents receive a notification when you start monitoring their channel.
  • Customers cannot hear you whispering to the agent.
  • By default, the monitoring channel is paused between calls.

 

  • To whisper, connect your Softphone and press the "whispering" button in the telephony panel. You have to press the button while whispering.
