Customer calls

Customer calls

Click the Call button in the toolbar to open the Customer Calls component. This component displays a list of all calls associated with the specific customer.

• Enable the Include Recordings filter to display call recordings alongside a playback button.
• Click the Play button to launch the player and listen to the selected recording.
