Only available for administrative roles

Click the GDPR Manager button to open the GDPR management component.

• Category = Indicates the current GDPR category, which can either be Standard (in compliance with rules) or Remain.
• Rule = Displays the current GDPR rule applied, based on the GDPR rules configured in the administrative tool.
• Clicking the Forget button queues the selected customer for anonymization.
• Change mode, allows you to switch the customer's status to Remain, ensuring they are retained in the system.
• Deletion date = Shows the scheduled deletion date for the customer, determined by the GDPR rules configured in the administrative tool.

Note: The deletion date is not calculated in real-time. There may be a delay between updating a GDPR-related action and the recalculation of the deletion date.
