Folders

Folders allow you to manage assets such as files that may be used as attachments in articles so that you can re-use these in multiple articles without having to reupload the same asset each time. 

You can create a directory structure that suits your needs, for example, folders for different teams of authors or buisiness units. You can upload files to the respective folders with a max file size of 20 MB for each file.
