Puzzel Administration Portal - Statistics is a web-based tool for presenting traffic reports for the chosen time period. There are different reports on different measuring levels (overview, queue and agent), and both calls, chats, emails and social media requests are included, as well as the agents’ time logged on and time in pause. In this section you will find different articles covering different issues related to reporting/statistics. How to customise a report and how to configure which reports that should be sent (as xls) by email to which recipients at what intervals is explained in the Help texts where you order reports and in the Puzzel Administration Portal User Guide. Each report’s description is available on the web page where you select report.
