Configuring Customer Experience outcomes

Head over to Quality Settings and select the CX Outcomes tab. 

From here, you can see a list of your current CX outcomes. To add a new one, click New outcome.

Clicking New outcome will show the Create a new case outcome modal. You need to fill in each field in order to create the CX Outcome. When you've done that, click on Save changes and your new case will appear in the your list of Outcomes.
