Configuring what results users/agents should see

To configure what results users/agents should see: 

  1. Go to SETTINGS 
  2. Click Quality settings
  3. Click the General tab

Some clients only wish to focus coaching conversations around outcomes and trends and find the use of percentage scores distracting and detrimental to a coaching conversation.

As a result, here, you can configure if the system shows/doesn't show percentage scores on the View Results screen.
