How to send surveys from Puzzel Digital Engagement

For customers with Puzzel Digital Engagement chat client, surveys will be configured through custom “End Chat” panels. These are configured and built using templates and custom script.  

The process is: 

• Create your Survey in the Puzzel Survey System 

• Send a request to Puzzel Support, requesting the activation of the Survey Templates on your account 

For customers that are not familiar with adapting custom scripts, the request to adapt the standard templates will need to be logged with Puzzel Support.
