How to access analytics
The following section outlines how to access, review, filter and visualise the data collected from the Customer Insight Surveys.
The analytics of each survey can be accessed from the Survey List View page.
To navigate to the Analytics section of a survey:
- Go to the Admin Portal menu
- Click on Insight

Select Survey management
You will then be redirected to the Survey List View. From there:
- Navigate to the Actions column
- Click the Analytics button next to the specific survey
The Analytics section has four tabs:
- Overview
- Over Time
- Feedbacks
- All Questions
