Respondents

The search field allows you to find all matching records of a respondent. This can be done by inserting their contact identifier (phone or email).  

The results table lists: 

• the name of the respondent (if available) 

• The name of the survey 

• The survey type 

• The status of the survey 

• The date that the survey was sent 

• The date the user responded 

• The user’s contact identifier 

• An Actions column with two buttons – Details and Anonymise 

The "details" icon allows you to drill into the selected response. 

The Anonymise icon removes all identifiable information, while the survey score is retained. 

To anonymise respondent data, you will need to access the Respondents tab, then: 

• Search for the user in question through a contact identifier 

• Click the circular button to the left of the results table 

• Select all that need to be anonymised 

• Click the Anonymise button at in the Actions column
