Wallboard Settings

In the upper part, you choose between Queue Wallboard, Agent Wallboard and Combined Wallboard

Since the Wallboard data is updated every 10th second, the default value for Switch between Queues/Agents every x sec is 10, but you can increase it to e.g. 15 or 20. If you want it to switch more often than every 10th second, please use 5 seconds (other values <10 does not work very well).
