Global Deny List

The global deny list allows you to manage a list of contacts (email addresses and or phone numbers) to whom you do not wish to send surveys from Customer Insight through IVR, SMS or Email channels. Before a survey is sent on any channel, this global list is checked, and if there is a match with the recipient number or email address the survey will not be sent.

You can add as many phone or email addresses as required using the + icon on the top right corner. Phone numbers must be in the E.164 format.

The search field will allow you to quickly find or check for existing records before adding a new record. You can also delete individual records using the delete icon in the row, or multi select several rows and batch delete using the delete icon at the top right corner.
