pzl.preChatHistory

The purpose of pzl.preChatHistory is to temporarily store information about a user’s navigation within the Public FAQ prior to starting a chat. If the user initiates a chat, this information may be made available to the agent to provide better context and improve support efficiency.

If the Public FAQ functionality is not enabled, this storage is not used.

It is not strictly essential for the website to function, but it supports enhanced service functionality when chat is initiated.
