File upload

Puzzel contact centre chat offer the functionality for both the agent and visitor to share files. 

In Puzzel Administration it is possible to choose which type of file formats the visitor will be able to upload by specifying mime types, by default .png, .jpeg, .gif and .pdf are accepted. It is also possible to turn of the functionally by hiding the button. 

A visitor can upload 50 files in one chat, each file can be 50MB. The file is virus scanned when sent from both agent and visitor. The uploaded files are accessible through Puzzel Archive after a chat and stored for 3 days. 

In Puzzel Administration / Services / Chat (new) it is possible to administer settings for file upload.
