You can access the Knowledge Management from the Admin portal under the Knowledge option.
Please be aware that this is a paid service and needs to be configured for your solution before use.
The knowledge management is a content storage hub, that contains articles about topics that are deemed relevant and useful for the agents while answering to the customer queries.
In Knowledge Management , you can:
- Create/edit articles
- Delete articles
- Categorize articles
- Publish/unpublish articles
- Create audiences that can be public or internal
- Create news
- Create announcements
