The user group profiles must be numbered from 1 and upwards, with no gaps (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).

All agents in a user group will have the same number for the same user group profile. An agent that do not have access to all user group profiles might therefore have gaps in the profile numbers they see in their agent application. If an agent have one or more personal profiles, these are automatically given numbers starting with the first available number after the highest user group profile number.

When you add a new user group profile, this new profile will be given the next available number when you save it.

If you need to delete an existing user group profile, the profiles with a higher number than the deleted one will automatically be renumbered to close the numbering gap after you save. You do not need to adjust profile numbers manually related to deleting a profile.

Example
If a user group has group profiles with numbers 1-9, and you delete profile #6 and click save, then after save you will have profiles with numbers between 1 and 8. The profile that was #7 has become #6 (since the old #6 was deleted), profile #8 has become #7 and #9 has become #8.

If you want to delete a profile and adjust numbering, we recommend you first delete a profile and save, and then change the numbering.

If you want to change the number of some of your existing user group profiles, you can do this manually.

Example:
If you want today's profile #3 to become #1, you change its number to be 1. Then you need to change old 1 to be 3, or you can also adjust what's number 2 at the same time. Before you click save, you need to have no duplicate numbers and no gaps in the numbering.

If you change group profile numbers, the profile numbers for the agents are updated automatically!
